Location: Blush Skin Clinic – Christchurch

Blush Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager & Senior Skin Therapist to lead one of our clinic locations. This is a dual role for a confident skin professional who is passionate about advanced skin treatments, exceptional client care, and team leadership.

You will be hands-on with clients while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of treatment, service, and performance are consistently met.

About the Role

This position combines advanced skin therapy with clinic leadership and management. You will act as the face of the clinic, supporting your team, driving results, and delivering an outstanding experience for every client who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Skin Therapy & Client Care

• Perform advanced skin treatments in line with Blush Skin Clinic protocols
  
• Deliver personalised skin consultations and treatment plans
  
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain high retention
  
• Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
  
• Stay current with skin technologies, treatments, and product knowledge
  

Clinic Management & Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of skin therapists
  
• Oversee daily clinic operations, rostering, and workflow
  
• Ensure KPIs, revenue targets, and treatment utilisation are achieved
  
• Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies for growth
  
• Maintain brand standards, clinic presentation, and client experience
  
• Support staff training, development, and performance reviews
  

About You

• Qualified and experienced Skin Therapist
  
• Proven experience in a clinic management or senior therapist role
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Results-driven with a passion for sales through education, not pressure
  
• High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  
• Confident in handling both clients and team members
  
• Passionate about skin health, education, and continuous improvement
