We will select one of the excel V+’s two lasers and customise the treatment settings to target the colour and depth of your skin concern. Most treatments are finished in just a few minutes!

Excel V+ can feel similar to a quick rubber band snap against your skin. Depending on the treatment and area being treated, it can feel slightly different depending on the concern and degree of concern. The laser has a cooling tip on the end which will be in contact with the skin, this allows it to be more comfortable for the client. 

Areas of the face and body with concerns of the common skin concerns. The treatment usually will only take around 10 minutes and for larger areas being treated, it can take up to 30 minutes.

With Excel V+, most skin concerns require only one to two treatments to achieve results. However, the number of treatments may vary depend on the condition we are treating and depth of the concern.

Redness and/or swelling can be expected following the treatment being performed. The swelling for a full face treatment can be expected to peak around 24-48 hours post treatment and usually resolves back to normal within a few days. 

Typically, you can wear make up and return to normal activities immediately. 

Treated brown spots will darken following the treatment and slough off within 3-5 days.
